This policy explains what personal information Learnkit (learnkit.online) collects, why, and what your rights are. We keep it short because we collect very little.
- When you buy: your name, email address, billing country and the products you bought. Your card details go directly to our payment provider; we never see or store the full card number.
- When you create an account or enrol in a course: your name, email, password (encrypted) and your progress through the course.
- When you subscribe to our newsletter: your email address.
- When you contact us: whatever you include in your message.
- Automatically: basic technical information such as your IP address, browser type, pages visited and the referring site, collected through cookies and our store platform's analytics.
- To deliver the products you bought and give you access to them.
- To send order confirmations, download links and important account notices.
- To answer your questions and handle refunds.
- To send you our newsletter, only if you opted in. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
- To understand how the store is used and improve it.
- To prevent fraud and comply with legal obligations such as tax records.
We share personal information only with the services needed to run the store:
- Shopify, which hosts the store and processes orders.
- Our payment providers (currently Paystack), which process your payment.
- Our digital-delivery and email tools, which send your files and account emails.
- Authorities, only where the law requires it.
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information to anyone.
Our service providers may process data in countries other than yours, including the United States and Nigeria. Where required, transfers are protected by standard contractual safeguards.
Order records are kept for as long as tax and accounting law requires (typically up to 7 years). Newsletter subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe. Account data is kept until you ask us to delete your account.
The store uses cookies that are necessary for checkout and the cart to work, and analytics cookies that help us see which pages are used. You can block cookies in your browser; the necessary ones are needed to buy anything.
Depending on where you live (including under the EU and UK GDPR and the Nigeria Data Protection Act), you may have the right to:
- ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you;
- ask us to correct or delete it;
- object to or restrict how we use it;
- withdraw consent to marketing at any time;
- complain to your local data protection authority.

The store is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. Some of our printable products are designed for children to use, but they must be bought by a parent or guardian.
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
