These terms apply when you buy from or use learnkit.online ("Learnkit", "we", "us"). By placing an order you agree to them.
Learnkit sells digital products only: downloadable files (PDF, EPUB, templates for tools such as Notion, Canva, Excel and Figma) and access to online video courses. Nothing is shipped physically.
Products are delivered electronically. Download links are sent to the email address you enter at checkout and shown on your order confirmation page. Course access details are sent to the same email. You are responsible for entering a correct email address.
3. LICENCE TO USE WHAT YOU BUY
When you buy a product you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use it. Under this licence you may:
- use the product for your own personal, educational, or business purposes, including work for your own clients;
- print or make copies for your own use;
- edit and adapt templates for your own projects.
- resell, share, give away, or redistribute the product or any edited version of it, whether free or paid;
- upload it to any file-sharing site, marketplace, or community;
- claim the product or its design as your own work;
- use it to create a competing product for sale.
Course videos and materials are for the enrolled student only. Sharing login details is a breach of these terms and may result in access being removed without refund.
Each purchase is for one person. Teams, schools and organisations should contact us at support@learnkit.online for multi-user licences.
Prices are shown in your local currency where available and charged in that currency at checkout. Payment is processed by our payment provider; we do not store your card details. Prices may change at any time, but the price you paid at checkout is the price you pay.

You are responsible for keeping your login details secure. Course access is for the lifetime of the course on our platform. If we ever retire a course we will give at least 30 days' notice and make its materials available for download.
All products, course content, page designs and text on Learnkit are owned by Learnkit or its licensors and protected by copyright. Buying a product gives you the licence above, not ownership of the content.
You agree not to use the site for anything unlawful, to attempt to access other customers' data, or to interfere with the site's operation.
9. DISCLAIMER AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Products are provided "as is". We work hard to make them accurate and useful, but we do not guarantee any particular result from using them — a business template is not business advice and a course does not guarantee a job or income. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that product.
Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have as a consumer under the law of the country you live in that cannot be excluded by agreement.
We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force when you place an order applies to that order.
