Christmas Planner: Christmas, Sorted. 36-Page Printable Holiday Organizer (A4 + US Letter)

A few years ago I did Christmas from memory. The turkey was still frozen at 10am, my sister got the same scarf two years running, and the cards went out on the 23rd. This planner is everything I do now, so December feels calm instead of chaotic.

It follows the season in four parts, with handwritten tips on most pages: the things I learned the hard way, so you don't have to.

What's inside (36 printable pages)

• Christmas at a glance: the whole season on one page, nine checkpoints from early November to January
• Part 1, November (make the plan): holiday budget, gift ideas, two gift-tracker pages with bought / wrapped / given circles, Secret Santa and stocking fillers
• Part 2, early December (gifts, cards & home): two card-list pages, sales list, online-orders tracker, room-by-room decorations, a 25-day countdown, a traditions bucket list, the Christmas film list and "time for me"
• Part 3, the last week (food & the big days): party planner, guest list with dietary notes, menu, the big shop by aisle, baking list, cooking timeline, travel, packing and the Christmas Eve & Day plan
• Part 4, after (wrap it up): giving & charity, thank-you notes, returns tracker and notes for next Christmas

Print the whole thing and keep it in a folder, or print just the pages you need, as often as you need them.

Format: instant PDF download in both A4 and US Letter. Print at 100% (actual size) on plain paper; the countdown and menu look lovely on card.
